ABSTRACT

This invention relates to an automatic plate washing machine. The automatic plate washing machine has a revolving stand adapted to be revolved by means of a set of gears which are rotated by a motive means. An equipment holder, mounted onto the revolving stand, is provided for holding different means like blade carrier, plate holder, soap water sprayer, washing brushes, hot water sprayer for carrying out washing operation of the plates in the washing chamber. An upper holder is provided on the top end of the equipment holder to keep the above means in its respective positions. Soap water tank and hot water tank are mounted on the top of the plate washing machine. An air pump is provided to spray hot water onto the plates to clean them. An electricity supplier is provided to supply electricity to the different means operated by electricity. Feeding means and delivery means, adapted to be operated by another motive means, are provided for feeding the dirty plates to the washing machine and delivering the cleaned plates from the washing machine.

WORKING PRINCIPLE😉

The new Plate Washing Machines series WP have been developed and manufactured in a sturdy and easy way to allow economic and quick washing and gumming of plate after printing, thus enabling a perfect filing. Automatic starting of working cycle; running speed is adjustable. The plate passing in the machine is straightened from possible bending due to the printing machine clamps, then it enters the two not-flammable emulsion washing stations, where oscillating brushes provide for a thorough ink removal. Rinsing with water: gumming by means of a dosing roller and drying complete the cycle. The stainless steel rollers are coated with solvent resistant rubber. The two ink cleaning tanks are fed from two removable 30-liter tanks mounted on the machine base.

Microcontroller unite will controls the entire automatic plate washing machine system. Initially plates will automatically feed through automatic infut feeding conveyer and these plates will be cleaned through washing brush is mounted inside the machine. These washing brushes will be fixed to D.C motor by control through microcontroller. In these microcontroller unite brushing speed will be controlled. After washing plates moved to water sprayer. In this level plates will rinse in water, and this water spraying speed is controlled by microcontroller. Then plates will be drayed in hot air and output through outlet conveyer. The electrical components are put under the entrance table. Gum in a separate container is fed to the machine only when the plate passes. Automatic washing of gumming rollers. Plate transit speed is adjustable and running reversal is possible in case of jam. A recycling system of rinsing waters can be mounted, upon request, on the Plate Washing Machine WF.

Many grocers have already begun rolling out beacon technology in-store, understanding the potential for brand advertising and an improved consumer shopping experience. Expect to see more beacon adoption in the coming months.

Accenture Interactive’s creative technology studio, Chaotic Moon is developing a similar concept, which will bring this offering to other markets. “The shopping cart is one aspect of retail that hasn’t really evolved, even though it’s still a large part of the in-store experience. That makes it a key component in bringing modern, connected technology and possibilities to retailers,” says a Chaotic Moon spokesperson. “This revolution will transform how shoppers decide what products they want, how fast they get them, and how often they buy them.”

This is exactly what was offered to shoppers at a Brazilian supermarket in São Paulo via tablets installed on trolleys. The ‘Recipe Cart’ campaign (run by Hellman’s) used NFC readers to show shoppers how nearby ingredients could be mixed with mayonnaise to create new meals.

According to Hellman’s, the campaign saw mayo sales increase by almost 70%. Such success could take this idea beyond a branded marketing campaign to offer up thousands of recipe ideas to customers.

network and at your command. Whether you give that command by voice,
remote control, tablet or smartphone, the home reacts. Most applications
relate to lighting, home security, home theater and entertainment, and
thermostat regulation.
The idea of a smart home might make you think of George Jetson and his
futuristic abode or maybe Bill Gates, who spent more than $100 million
building his smart home [source: Lev-Ram]. Once a draw for the tech-savvy
or the wealthy, smart homes and home automation are becoming more common.

What used to be a quirky industry that churned out hard-to-use and frilly products
is finally maturing into a full-blown consumer trend. Instead of start-up companies,
more established tech organizations are launching new smart home products.

Berg Insight] By 2017, that number could balloon to $44 billion [source: CNN].

Much of this is due to the jaw-dropping success of smartphones and tablet

To cut down on the amount of electricity it uses, the coffee printer will require a little elbow grease. The user will have to load the ink case with ink (coffee grounds) and move it back and forth to accomplish the printing.

The coffee printer is envisioned as being as environmentally friendly as possible. Consequently, the current design appears to use little electricity, though presumably it would have to use some, at the very least for the LED indicator lights on the outside of the device and to push the paper through the printer. Printers also require heat to bond the image to the paper. But the coffee printer could use a standard USB connection to siphon off energy from the computer and, of course, to transmit printing instructions from the computer to the printer. However, most inkjet printers (and this design appears to resemble one) require a standard power cable.

Perhaps the most exciting aspect of this printer design is that it uses a basic household product that traditionally goes to waste. Load in some coffee grounds and water, and you have homemade ink. And besides coffee grounds, the printer can use tea dregs. The grounds or dregs and water are loaded into a reusable "ink case" rather than a wasteful ink cartridge.

So, how do you turn coffee or tea dregs and water into print on a page? This alluring idea is still in the concept stage, so there aren't any patents for us to peruse. But, the general idea can be seen in the instructions from the original sketches, which basically call for moving the ink case back and forth, thereby dripping coffee- or tea-colored water onto the paper and forming text or images.

Some users may appreciate this little bit of manual labor, as it means they will be more involved in the printing process, turning it into something like a craft. After you're done, you can still find a sustainable manner in which to dispose of your coffee grounds -- many people compost them -- but before that, you can, quite literally, squeeze out

every last drop of useful material.

Some ink cartridges are quite expensive (particularly for high-volume color or photo printing), so the coffee printer, by using materials that you'd normally throw away, may be a cheaper alternative. Plus there are no trips to the office-supply store, no trying to find the correct kind of cartridge, and no worrying about recycling old cartridges. Instead of misleading warning messages on your computer -- which may pop up long before your ink is actually going to run out -- you can clearly see when your ink supply is low.
